Daffodil DB Network Edition, also known as Server Edition, is a XA Compliant 100% Java SQL database engine that supports multiple client connectivity for networked applications. It can be used to provide database access to networked applications with the help of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) interfaces. Daffodil DB Server Edition can be placed on an Intranet with clients via TCP/IP connections. Daffodil DB Server is a SQL 99 and JDBC 3.0 compliant SQL Database engine. It can be integrated with an Application Server or a Web Server to provide database connectivity over Internet.
